With the World Youth Fly Fishing Championship coming to Donegal/Tyrone this July, we're now selling day tickets for Finore Angling Association (River Quiggery) and Dennett Anglers Association (River Dennett) — two of the rivers being used for practice sessions ahead of the championship.

The Trout Anglers Federation of Ireland (TAFI) is the recognised National Governing Body for recreational and competition trout anglers in Ireland. TAFI is Ireland's official representative in international trout fly fishing and is a founding member of the Fédération Internationale de Pêche Sportive Mouche (FIPS-Mouche), the fly fishing arm of CIPS, the world governing body for competitive angling. Each year TAFI runs competitions for youth and senior anglers throughout Ireland, with winners going on to represent the country at the Four Nations Bank Competition and at European, Commonwealth, and World Fly Fishing Championships. Beyond competition, TAFI advocates on behalf of its member clubs and anglers on issues affecting Irish trout fisheries — from fisheries legislation to hatchery investment — championing the environmental, economic, and social value of angling nationwide.
Permits must be carried at all times and presented upon request by club officials or fisheries officers.

Catch and release is encouraged to maintain healthy fish populations.
Leave no trace: remove all litter and dispose of it responsibly.
Respect landowners and their property at all times. Close all gates and do not damage fences.
Do not trespass on private property or fisheries.
Report any signs of pollution or illegal fishing to Inland Fisheries Ireland.
Practice biosecurity at all times. Clean, Check and Dry all equipment before and after fishing.
